Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@snap.parts. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty

 

Buy with Confidence! All Snap Supply parts always come with a 1 Year Warranty. Snap Supply will gladly replace your products within 1 year of purchase. Our warranty coverage covers any defective products or defects in workmanship under normal use of product.
During our Warranty Period, Snap Supply will replace your product with a new one at no charge. Simply contact us at Support@snap.parts and tell us what the issue is. We will send you a shipping label so that you can ship your part to us. Once we have received your product your new replacement part will be sent to you.  Snap Supply does not offer money back returns under warranty, only exchange for a new one.
Exclusion:
Snap Supply Warranty excludes the following:
    • Damages of a product resulting from negligence
    • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
    • Damage caused by natural disasters.
    • Theft or loss of the product
    • Cosmetic damages, scratches, dents, or chips

Disclaimer: As a measure of fraud protection, we are obligated to ship to the address that you entered as the shipping address at the time that you placed your order. Rerouting your package once it is already shipped is typically impossible - in the cases where it is a possibility, we ask that customers contact the carrier independently. There will always be a rerouting fee of at least $17 that the customer will be required to pay. Please note that this also applies to ALL orders with free shipping options such as Snap Supply Express. 

 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like electronics and custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
